I would like to commend the outstanding customer service I had from Shaun in the Mill Road shop last friday.... He understood what I was trying to say, was exceptionally courteous and patient and undertook to speak to his manager to sort out the problem after I left the shop.

As a result Ray arranged for another very helpful member of your team to visit me this morning.... He too was patient and understanding...and I am now reassured by his thorough explanation and demonstration.

It is heartening to find such good service still exists when it is so rarely found these days.
